Our drive is to advance the serial production of functional components by means of additive manufacturing. For this reason, we have specialized in Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). We are convinced that this additive process, in which plastic powder is sintered (fused) layer by layer by means of a high-precision laser, is ideally suited to the demands of industrial production.

Finishing - perfection to the last step.
In order to meet the different requirements of our customers, we deal with the most important post-processing methods. Here we finish printed parts internally and additionally rely on our excellent partner network. In this way we are able to achieve outstanding finishing results.
Finishing Physical-chemical smoothing
Physical-chemical smoothing seals the porous surface of the components and makes them smooth and shiny. The surface is therefore comparable to that of injection moulded parts
Finishing Vibratory grinding
Vibratory finishing offers numerous possibilities to optimize the surface of components both optically and haptically. Depending on the objective, different grinding tools are used.
Finishing Infiltration
The porosity of the sintered components offers the opportunity to apply different coatings several tenths deep into the component by means of the so-called infiltration process. For this purpose we work with equipment from our Munich-based cooperation partner DyeMansion and benefit from their many years of know-how.
