At the same time, the FIMT (Fiber in Metal Tube) protects the integrated optical fibers against mechanical stress, hydrogen, and other environmental influences to provide maximum optical lifetime for the application.

The solution thrives in harsh surroundings, and our Stranded Single Layer fiber optic cable performs well at Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS). It’s tensile and crush optimized with a flexible construction.
